Equipment

  • Food processor

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen Strawberry
  • 1 cup kiwi (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 cup milk (I used unsweetened coconut milk)
  • ½ cup yogurt (low fat)
  • 2 tablespoon maple syrup

Instructions

Step 1 Prepare the fruits

  • Wash, peel, and dice the kiwis. Put them in a freezer-safe box or a ziplock bag and freeze overnight. You can also use them fresh as well, but at least one of the fruits has to be frozen for getting a thicker consistency.
  • If you do not have frozen strawberries, use fresh ones. Wash them nicely and remove the leaves. Then slice into halves and freeze in a freezer-safe bag.

Step 2 Blend the smoothie base

  • In a blender, add yogurt, coconut milk ( or milk of your choice), maple syrup, and frozen strawberry and kiwi ( fresh or frozen). Blend on high until smooth and creamy.

Step 3 Adjust consistency.

  • If the smoothie is too thick, you can add a little more coconut milk or water to achieve your desired consistency. If it's too thin, you can add more frozen fruit or ice to thicken it up.

Step 4 Pour into glasses

  • Once the smoothie base is ready, pour it into glasses.

Step 5 Add toppings and enjoy!

  • Now it's time to get creative with the toppings! Add sliced kiwi, strawberry, or any other toppings of your choice. Garnish with mint and enjoy!
  • Sip on sunshine with our Kiwi Quencher Tropical Smoothie - packed with antioxidants, vitamins, and all-natural ingredients for a guilt-free refreshment.

Notes

  • For a thinner smoothie, use fresh kiwi instead of frozen. Or adjust the amount of liquid accordingly to achieve your desired consistency.
  • You can customize this recipe by adding other fruits or vegetables to the smoothie base, such as spinach, pineapple, or avocado, to suit your taste preferences.
  • Feel free to experiment with different toppings to make your kiwi quencher even more exciting and flavorful.
  • If you prefer a sweeter smoothie, you can adjust the amount of sweetener or add other natural sweeteners, such as agave syrup or honey, to taste.
  • Add Liquid ingredients before the frozen fruits for a better blending experience.
