🍶 Ingredients required to make Strawberry Matcha Latte
Matcha
Matcha is a very fine quality green tea leaves powder. We need quality matcha powder for making this layered matcha drink. Top grade matcha is called ceremonial matcha. This matcha is made with the most tender baby green tea leaves, hence it is sweeter and has the most vibrant green color. So, if you have a ceremonial grade there is nothing better than it.
The second grade is culinary grade matcha which is the most used and easily available matcha powder. I use culinary-grade matcha for cooking all sorts of goodies with matcha. Do check out the matcha bread, chai matcha latte, and matcha cookies.

Strawberries
Choose sweet and fragrant strawberries. You can also use frozen strawberries for this matcha latte.
Whole milk
I have used whole milk, though you can replace it with any plant-based and healthier alternative. Oat milk, coconut milk, soy milk, or anything similar.
Sweetened condensed milk
You can replace the sweetened condensed milk with sweetened condensed coconut milk to make this recipe vegan. You can also use any syrup of your choice. A simple brown sugar syrup, maple syrup, agave, or honey could be used.
Equipment
- Food processor
- Matcha whisks or milk frother
