Butter
There is nothing you can substitute butter with. You do need butter. Well, you can skip it if you are watching your calories. But do not substitute it with olive oil and some cooking spray. Do not do that to yourself.
Salt and spices
Choose spices of your choice. I am using salt, black pepper, and some chili flakes.
Other flavorings that can be used are:
- Chili lemon
- Chaat masala
- Taco seasoning
- Peri-peri spice mix etc.
- Chopped herbs like finely chopped dill, parsley, or cilantro.
Lemon.
It is an optional Ingredient. But I love to mix the sourness of lemon with the sweet corns. It is just what I grew up eating in India. Bhutta with namak and neembu. (Corn with salt and lime)
Now let us make the air fryer frozen corn on the cob.

🫙Storage and Reheating
They are best enjoyed fresh. I do not highly recommend storing the leftover air-fried frozen corns for more than a day. But if you must, try freezing them again.
Let them cool completely, and then place them in the Ziplock bag and refrigerate for a day or freeze for 3- 4 days.
To reheat corn on the cob in air fryer, cook them at 375 0F for 4-5 minutes.
